I know running/bicycling is a potential hazardous activity. I will not enter to run /bike in this event unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to a bid by any race official decision relative to my ability to safely complete the race. I assume all risks associated with running in this race including, but not limited to: fall, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, heat, humidity, and condition of the road and traffic. All potential risks are known by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these faces, and in consideration of your acceptance of my application. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release Garnett Community Foundation, all sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims of liability of any kind, including any claims arising out of negligence of aforementioned parties. I understand that permitted on the course, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photography, motion pictures, recordings, emails, or any other record of this event of any legitimate purpose.

Race starts at 10:00 a.m.
Same day registration at the Garnett Recreation Center is from 8:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

JOIN THIS COLORFUL FUN RUN by registering ONLINE today! This 5k race around beautiful Lake Garnett has three "Color Splat Locations" and three refreshment stops. After the race, cool down at the Garnett Recreation Center and enjoy refreshments provided by the Garnett Community Foundation.

Due to uncertain times that all of us are facing The Garnett Community Foundation is cancelling the 3rd Annual Color Splat that was scheduled on Saturday, April 25th.
