Parkside Place and Park Plaza North are owned and operated by the Garnett Housing Authority, an entity of the City of Garnett, Kansas. We take pride and responsibility for the development and maintenance of these properties. In town, on site management assures all residents that ownership of where they reside will remain in the community and that management will be responsive to residents and their families' concerns. These are smoke-free properties.
Parkside Place consists of two nice apartment complexes where rent is HUD (US Department of Housing and Urban Development) subsidized for those who qualify (62 years or older and on a fixed income). One bedroom and two-bedroom apartments are available.
Parkside Place I and II have apartments available for those 62 or older with low income. Looking for a hassle-free, independent lifestyle with no worries when it comes to high utility bills, lawn care, snow removal, home maintenance and property taxes? Parkside Place may be just the place for you!

Park Plaza North provides you a choice of an apartment with one-car attached garage known as "The Villas" or a "Garden Apartment" designed around the courtyard with one-car detached garage. Residents at Park Plaza North are free to enjoy the peace of mind that comes from feeling secure, comfortable and independent in a maintenance-free environment.
Park Plaza North is available only to those age 55 years and older.
