Vendors or businesses that wish to have sampling, tasting or sales of alcoholic beverages on public property must contact the Garnett City Clerk so that the necessary protocols per new city ordinance can be followed.

In June of 2020, the Garnett City Commission voted to establish Food Truck Regulations. All food trucks operating inside the city limits of Garnett and not during a special event are required to have a Food Truck License (Ord. 4213). Please see the application and ordinance above for more details.
